By attending this event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Event Entry

• This is a free-to-attend networking event.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity and organiser discretion.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at any time.

2. Eligibility
This event is intended for individuals actively involved in, or working towards involvement in, the music industry (including artists, managers, producers, songwriters, DJs, industry professionals, and related roles).

By attending, you confirm that you meet this criteria.

3. Complimentary Drink Offer
Attendees are eligible for one (1) complimentary drink only if they:

• Pre-register for the event, and
• Are aged 18 or over.
• Valid photo ID may be required to verify age.

The complimentary drink is:

• Limited to one per person
• Non-transferable
• Subject to availability
• No cash alternative will be offered. 

4. Registration

• Registration is required to access the complimentary drink offer.
• The organisers reserve the right to verify registration details on arrival.
• Any false or misleading information may result in refusal of the complimentary drink and/or entry. 

5. Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.
• Any inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event

6. Photography & Media

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and for this content to be used for promotional purposes.

7. Liability
Attendees enter and participate in the event at their own risk.

The organisers are not responsible for: 

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Any injury sustained during the event, except where required by law

8. Changes & Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms, or cancel/postpone the event, at any time without prior notice.
