1. Grant of Rights
I, the undersigned (“Guest”), hereby agree to participate in the podcast recording (“Recording”) produced by Blinding Talent Ltd (“Producer”).
The Guest irrevocably grants Producer the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual right to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, display, and otherwise use the Recording (in whole or in part), including the Guest’s voice, name, likeness, and biographical information, across all media formats now known or later developed, for any purpose including commercial, promotional, and editorial use.
2. Editorial Control & Ownership
The Guest acknowledges and agrees that:
This podcast is produced and edited at the sole discretion of Blinding Talent Ltd, which retains full editorial control and ownership of all content in perpetuity.
Producer has no obligation to use the Recording and may edit or remove any portion at its discretion.
3. No Compensation
The Guest understands that participation is voluntary and that no financial compensation is owed unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Warranties
The Guest confirms that they are over 18 years of age and have full authority to enter into this agreement. The Guest warrants that their participation will not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Release of Liability
The Guest releases Producer from any claims arising from the use of the Recording, including (but not limited to) claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
