Honeybadger are a Brighton-based garage punk, alt rock trio delivering sharp-edged, no-nonsense noise with heart, humour and a healthy disregard for the rulebook. Forged in the city’s feral DIY scene, their sound fuses punchy, hook-heavy riffs with gritty vocals and explosive rhythm sections - balancing classic UK punk attitude with the weight and grit of modern grunge.
They’ve rapidly established themselves as one of the UK underground’s most exciting new rock bands. Support has come from BBC Introducing, BBC Live Lounge, and Planet Rock’s New Rock Show with Wyatt Wendels. More recently, they were featured on BBC Radio 1’s Introducing Show with Alyx Holcombe, further cementing their rise.
Industry tastemakers are taking note. Honeybadger have been spotlighted by Rolling Stone UK and Spin as Ones To Watch for 2026, marking them out as a band poised to break far beyond the grassroots scene.
Streaming momentum continues to build. Their latest EP has surpassed 650,000 streams, landing on major playlists across Spotify (Fresh Finds Rock, Shockwave), Apple Music (New in Rock, New in Punk) and Amazon Music (Breakthrough Rock).
On stage, Honeybadger are relentless. Fresh from a recent UK tour supporting Sick Joy, they’ve been turning sweatbox venues into chaos-fuelled, hook-driven singalongs - the kind of band that makes every room feel like a headline show. Loud, raw and unapologetically alive, Honeybadger are building something real - and 2026 is firmly in their sights.
