Pricing: £3,600 Per Quarter
Making great music is the hardest part. But knowing what to do with it — how to position it, release it, market it, and build a career around it - is a different skill entirely. One that takes years of industry experience to develop.
That's where we come in.
Blinding Talent's artist development programme gives you direct access to Mark Adams - a music industry executive with 28 years of experience across Channel 4, Bauer Media, radio, television and the full arc of the UK and international music industry. Someone who has been at the table during some of the most significant moments in modern music, and who now brings that experience directly to independent artists who deserve the same quality of thinking.
This isn't a course, a group programme or a set curriculum. It's a working relationship, built entirely around you - your music, your goals, your timeline, your challenges.
Every programme is tailored, but there are six areas where almost every artist we work with needs support at some stage:
The programme includes fortnightly 1:1 strategy meetings - with Mark directly if you're on the primary consultant programme, or with a Blinding Talent manager (with Mark's ongoing oversight and input) on the supported programme.
Between sessions, you have regular contact via email, WhatsApp and iMessage. The pace, focus and structure of each programme adapts as you progress.
We also connect you to a pre-qualified network of creatives and industry contacts where relevant - photographers, videographers, producers, mixers and industry professionals who we know and trust.

"I want artists to ask better questions. To focus on what they need, rather than what they want. That's what this programme is designed to do." — Mark Adams
Artist development works best for independent artists who are serious about building a long-term career - not just a single release. You don't need to be at a particular stage. You do need to be ready to have honest conversations, take clear-eyed feedback and commit to the work.
If you're unsure whether the programme is right for where you are, the best place to start is a free strategy call. There's no pressure - just an honest conversation about what you need and whether we're the right fit.

Blinding Talent's artist development programme includes regular 1:1 strategy sessions, ongoing support via email and messaging, guidance across branding, song selection, marketing strategy, release planning, networking and industry positioning, and access to a pre-qualified network of creatives and industry contacts. Every programme is tailored to the individual artist.
Blinding Talent's artist development programmes are priced at £1,800 (working with a Blinding Talent manager, with Mark Adams' oversight) or £3,600 for direct 1:1 work with Mark Adams as primary consultant.
Artist development is suitable for independent artists at any stage who are serious about building a long-term music career. It works particularly well for artists who have strong creative work but lack clarity on their strategy, positioning or next steps - or who want honest, experienced guidance from someone who has navigated the music industry at a senior level.
No. While many artists come to us at earlier stages of their career, the programme is equally valuable for artists who have been releasing music for some time but feel stuck, unclear on direction, or ready to take their career to the next level. The programme adapts to where you are.
Most artist development services are run by people with limited industry experience or a narrow specialism. Mark Adams brings 28 years of experience across Channel 4, Bauer Media, radio, television, brand partnerships, streaming platforms and the full music industry ecosystem.
He has worked with artists at every stage and from every genre - which means the guidance you receive is grounded in real, senior-level experience rather than theory.
