We work with a limited number of artists at any one time
Not because we're exclusive for the sake of it - but because the quality of attention we give every artist depends on it. When we take on a new client, we commit properly. That means we need to be selective about who we work with, and honest with everyone who applies.
If you're a serious independent artist who wants experienced, honest support to build a long-term career - we'd love to hear from you. Fill in the form below and we'll review your application personally. If we think there's a strong fit, we'll be in touch within five to seven working days to arrange a conversation.
If now isn't the right time, we'll tell you that directly. We won't leave you hanging.
You don't need to have a large following or a label behind you. You do need to have music that you believe in, a genuine sense of where you want to go, and a willingness to take honest feedback and do the work. The artists who get the most from working with us are the ones who come ready to be challenged, not just validated.
No. We work with artists at a range of stages and a large following is not a prerequisite. What matters more is the quality of your music, the clarity of your goals and your commitment to building a long-term career. Some of the most rewarding work we do is with artists who are earlier in their journey.
Every application is reviewed personally by the Blinding Talent team. If we think there is a strong fit, we will be in touch within five to seven working days to arrange a strategy call. If now is not the right time - whether because we are at capacity or because we do not think the fit is strong enough right now - we will let you know directly. We do not leave applications unanswered.
Yes. The form asks which service interests you most, but you are welcome to mention multiple areas of interest in the additional notes field. On a strategy call we will talk through the full picture and recommend the most appropriate starting point.
No. The application is completely free. There is no charge at any point until you have had a strategy call, understood exactly what is being proposed and made an informed decision to proceed.
It is not always a reflection of the quality of your music. Sometimes the timing is not right, sometimes we are at capacity, and sometimes we are simply not the right fit for where you are at this moment. If that is the case, we will be honest about it and, where we can, suggest what might serve you better right now.
