But it has a structural problem: managers working on commission can only justify spending real time on artists who are already generating meaningful income. Blinding Talent's artist management works differently. We operate on a retainer basis, a fixed quarterly fee that gives you access to genuine, senior-level management expertise without giving up a percentage of what you earn. No commission. No long-term contract tied to your income. Just honest management support built entirely around your career.

Mark Adams has spent 28 years at the senior level of the UK music and media industry. As Director of Music Programming at Channel 4 he launched Spotify's first ever Streaming Chart (2016) and the Official YouTube Chart (2015), and contributed to campaigns for artists including Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Anne Marie, George Ezra and Rag'n'Bone Man. 

In 2026 he became a certified artist manager through the Music Managers Forum, the UK's leading professional body for artist management. He founded Blinding Talent to give independent artists access to the kind of thinking and relationships that most acts only encounter after signing to a label.
